Pet Policy
2 pets per home max, $39 monthly pet rent, $150 total pet deposit, $350 pet fee per pet;
restricted breed list (included but not limited to)
Breeds of dogs: Pit Bull Terrier (Staffordshire), Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Doberman Pinscher, Chowchow, any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the above breeds
Poisonous Pets: Tarantulas, Piranhas
Exotic Pets: Reptiles (snakes, iguanas), Ferrets, Skunks, Raccoons, Squirrels, Rabbits, Birds (parrots, cockatiels, macaws)
